Dr. Christopher Cetta - Cosmetic Dentistry at the Aesthetic Dental Group of New Jersey

Cosmetic dentist Harry A. Long and our team at the Aesthetic Dental Group of New Jersey proudly welcomed Dr. Christopher Cetta to our practice in 2007. Dr. Cetta shares our vision of a patient-centered practice that offers state-of-the-art technology.

Dr. Cetta, a former Randolph, New Jersey resident, now makes his home in Hoboken. He graduated from Randolph High School and earned his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University. Dr. Cetta completed his dental education at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and continued his training with a residency in general dentistry at the University Hospital in Newark. While at UMDNJ, he was the recipient of the American Association of Orthodontists Award, having demonstrated excellence in orthodontics at the pre-doctoral level.

Since completing his residency, Dr. Cetta has pursued his interest in orthodontics and been certified in Invisalign®, an orthodontic system that straightens teeth through a series of clear, removable aligners. He also has training in CEREC® CAD/CAM technology, which he uses to make porcelain restorations for his patients in a single office visit. Dr. Cetta uses the CEREC® machine to make a 3-dimensional rendering of a patient's tooth, which the machine uses to mill a porcelain filling or crown right in our office. Dr. Cetta is also certified to use the Waterlase® dental laser for laser dentistry procedures varying from routine fillings to gum tissue recontouring, and offers professional teeth whitening with the Zoom!® in-office system. Perhaps his greatest talent, however, is his ability to relate to patients of all ages with his gentle and caring chairside manner.

Outside of the office, Dr. Cetta is often found expressing his creative side. He plays a variety of musical instruments and has been a member of several groups which have recorded and performed in area venues. He enjoys traveling in the states and abroad, learning languages, and perfecting his Italian and Spanish whenever the opportunity presents itself. Dr. Cetta is a lifelong Mets fan and follows college basketball and football.
